Changes to our Terms of Service, Service Operations Policy and Privacy Policy Published: August 6, 2026 Effective: September 7, 2026 VIVIVAVA Inc., the company behind Hemogry, has rewritten three documents: the Terms of Service, the Service Operations Policy and the Privacy Policy. All three take effect on the date above. Here is what is changing, and what you can do if you do not agree. 1. The short version 1. All three documents have been rewritten. We have corrected the places where the documents said something different from how the Service actually works (which platforms are supported, when Salt is deducted, how long we keep data), and we have added things the documents never covered (withdrawal of an offer, limits on liability, the licence you give us for content you upload, international data transfers). 2. Some of these changes are to your disadvantage. They include a cap on the damages we pay, an indemnity you owe us, new cases in which you cannot withdraw an offer, a basis for us to give Salt an expiry date, ★Salt you still hold ceasing to be usable when you close your account, a licence over content you upload, and a change in how long we keep personal information. Section 2 sets each of them against the wording in force today.

Terms of Service Chapter 1. General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities between VIVIVAVA Inc. ("Company") and users of the Hemogry service ("Service"), together with all other matters necessary for the use of the Service. Article 2 (Disclosure of Company Identity) The Company displays the matters concerning its identity and its contact details that applicable law requires, on the initial screen of the Service or in another place where users can readily find them. Article 3 (Definitions) The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows. 1. "Service" means all services provided by the Company that a user can use, regardless of the device used to access them. 2. "User" means a member or a non-member who uses the Service under these Terms. 3. "Member" means a person who has provided personal information to the Company and completed registration. 4. "Non-Member" means a person who uses the Service without registering.

Service Operations Policy Effective date: September 7, 2026 This Operations Policy sets out the detailed standards that apply under the Hemogry Terms of Service, and takes effect together with the Terms. Where the Terms and this Policy deal with the same matter differently, the Terms prevail, and this Policy applies to the extent that it does not conflict with them. Earlier versions of this Policy are kept by the Company. The Korean text and the English text of this Policy are each an authentic text, and the Korean text applies to users who have their habitual residence in the Republic of Korea while the English text applies to all other users. Hemogry exists to make it easier to actually cook the dishes you come across on social media. Hemogry therefore works with content that carries cooking information, and does not turn content outside that purpose into recipes. Hemogry analyzes and classifies the content you submit and delivers the result. A result may be a generated recipe, an analysis result telling you the content is not suitable for recipe generation, or another outcome of the same processing.

Hemogry Privacy Policy (Global) Effective date: September 7, 2026 VIVIVAVA Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the Hemogry service (the "Service"). This Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do about it. We collect only what a given purpose needs, and we do not use personal information beyond the purposes set out here unless the law allows it or you have agreed to it. This Policy applies globally. Where the law where you live gives you rights beyond those set out here, we honour those rights as that law requires. This Policy is published on our website and is available inside the Service. 1. Hemogry is an AI-powered recipe generation tool designed to help anyone cook more easily and naturally by converting social-media cooking videos into clear, structured recipes. In this update, we removed elements that disrupted the user experience and redesigned how Salt (our in-app AI usage unit) is used — so you always know when and why Salt is consumed. 🔎 1. Why is the Salt charging model changing? From the beginning, Hemogry was designed so users could freely convert different videos and build their own personal recipe library without pressure. That's why, in earlier versions: You could generate as many recipes as you wanted Salt was only used when opening a recipe for actual cooking → The charging point was set at the "viewing stage." However, this led to an unintended misunderstanding: Some users felt as if Hemogry was "selling recipes." But Hemogry does not sell recipes — we charge only for the AI processing required to analyze a video and generate a recipe.

Q1. If I accidentally share a video that I've already generated a recipe for, will Salt be used again? No. If a recipe for that video already exists in your account, Hemogry automatically loads the existing recipe instead of generating a new one. So even if you share the same video again by mistake, no additional Salt will be consumed. Q2. If recipe generation fails, is Salt automatically restored? Yes, in most cases. You get one free re-generation attempt with no additional Salt cost. If the re-generation attempt also fails, the Salt used for that attempt is automatically restored, and the content is saved as a link instead of a recipe. If you manually cancel the process (press "X") before completion, Salt is also restored, and the content is saved as a link. Q3. Will Hemogry generate recipes from videos that have no cooking purpose (mukbang, news, entertainment, etc.)? Such videos usually do not contain actual cooking processes. In these cases, the generated recipe may be empty or contain very little useful information.

Previously, Hemogry automatically generated recipes based on your device or browser language. With this update, you have full control — choose any language you want your new recipes to be generated in! ✨ What's New Before: On mobile, recipes followed your device language. On desktop, recipes followed your browser language. Now: You can manually select your recipe generation language in the Profile tab. For example, even if your phone is set to Korean, you can now generate recipes in English. ⚠️ Please note This setting applies only to newly generated recipes. Existing recipes will remain in their original language and are not automatically translated. To view a recipe in a different language, simply regenerate it after changing your language setting. 💡 Perfect for you if...
